Statute Text
Civil
action for injuries caused by criminal acts.
Nothing in ORS 164.864, 164.865, 164.868, 164.869,
164.872, 164.873 or 164.875 or this section limits or impairs the right of a
person injured by the criminal acts of a defendant to sue and recover damages
