Illegal conduct by State Treasury not a defense.
Illegal conduct by the State
Treasury or any of its employees or agents shall not be a defense for any
person charged with the crime of public investment fraud or to any person
against whom any civil action is brought under ORS 30.862 and 162.117 to 162.121.
