Statute Text

Psychiatric Security Review Board Account. The Psychiatric Security Review Board Account is established separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys received by the Psychiatric Security Review Board, other than appropriations from the General Fund, shall be deposited into the account and are continuously appropriated to the board to carry out the duties, functions and powers of the board.
