Statute Text
Penalty for false certification.
Any person who in connection with the issuance of a citation, or the filing of
a complaint, under this chapter, knowingly certifies falsely to the matters set
forth therein commits a Class A misdemeanor. [1981 c.692 §14; 1999 c.1051 §31]
