Statute Text
Costs
for obtaining driving records.
In addition to any other costs charged a person convicted of a traffic offense,
a court may charge as costs and collect from any person convicted of a traffic
offense any actual costs incurred in obtaining any driving records relating to
the person. [Formerly 484.145; 2011 c.597 §127]
