Statute Text
Authority of victim to obtain copy of transcript or tape of criminal
proceeding.
In any
criminal proceeding in which a transcript, audiotape or videotape of the
proceedings held in open court is prepared, the victim may obtain a copy of the
transcript or tape by paying the court or the person who prepared the
transcript or tape the actual cost of copying it. [1997 c.313 §2]
