Statute Text
Short title. Chapter 2, Oregon Laws 1987, shall be known as the “CRIME VICTIMS’ BILL OF RIGHTS.” [1987 c.2 §1] Note: Legislative Counsel has substituted “chapter 2, Oregon Laws 1987,” for the words “this Act” in sections 1, 2 and 18, chapter 2, Oregon Laws 1987, compiled as 147.405, 147.410 and 147.415. Specific ORS references have not been substituted, pursuant to 173.160. These sections may be determined by referring to the 1987 Comparative Section Table located in Volume 22 of ORS.
