Statute Text
Compensation not subject to assignment or legal process prior to receipt by beneficiary. No compensation payable under ORS 147.005 to 147.367 shall, prior to actual receipt thereof by the person or beneficiary eligible therefor, or their legal representatives, be assignable or subject to execution, garnishment, attachment or any other process, including process to satisfy an order or judgment for support or alimony.
