Statute Text
Recovery of moneys paid on fraudulent claims; recovery of fees.
The Department of Justice may
institute suit:
(1) To recover
any awards made because of fraudulent claims.
(2) On behalf of
the applicant or recipients, to recover all fees paid to a counsel or agent in
violation of ORS 147.315. [1977 c.376 §25]
