Department of Justice to submit claims to account for payment of awards.
After the entry of an award under
ORS 147.005 to 147.367, the Department of Justice shall submit the claim for
payment from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Account pursuant to ORS 293.295
to 293.460 and 293.465 to 293.510. [1977 c.376 §23; 2012 c.81 §16]
