Statute Text
Review
of order; reconsideration; notice to applicant.
(1) If the applicant disagrees
with the order entered under ORS 147.135, the applicant may request review by
the Department of Justice.
(2)(a) The
department shall reconsider any order for which a request for review is
received. The department shall notify the applicant of its decision on review
within 30 days of the departments receipt of the request for review.
(b) If the
department determines that the request for review does not contain sufficient
information to make a decision within 30 days of the departments receipt of
the request for review, the 30-day time period may be extended by the
department only with the oral or written permission of the applicant. [1977
