Statute Text
Officer or employee of public body. A district medical examiner, medical-legal death investigator, assistant district medical examiner or designated pathologist is deemed to be an officer or employee of a public body for purposes of ORS 30.260 to 30.300 while acting as a district medical examiner, medical-legal death investigator, assistant district medical examiner or designated pathologist.
