Statute Text
Disposition of enrollees compensation under program; rules.
(1) Each person enrolled in the
work release program shall promptly surrender to the Department of Corrections
all compensation the person receives, if any, other than amounts involuntarily
withheld by the employer of the person.
(2) The Director
of the Department of Corrections shall adopt rules providing for the
disposition of any compensation earned by persons under this section. [1965
