Statute Text
Contracts for quartering of enrollees.
The Department of Corrections may contract with the governing bodies of
political subdivisions in this state, with the federal government and with any
private agencies approved by the department for the quartering in suitable
local facilities of persons enrolled in work release programs. [1965 c.463 §8;
