Statute Text
Effect
of order for arrest and detention of violator.
Any order issued by the Department
of Corrections or other supervisory authority as authorized by ORS 144.350
constitutes full authority for the arrest and detention of the violator, and
all the laws applicable to warrants of arrest shall apply to such orders. [Amended
