Organized Retail Theft Grant Program Account. The Organized Retail Theft Grant Program Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 137.865.
