Oregon
Treatment Court Grant Program Account.
The Oregon Treatment Court Grant Program Account is established in the State
Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys in the
account are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission
for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 137.843. [2025 c.557 §22;

The amendments to 137.845 by
section 22a, chapter 557, Oregon Laws 2025, become operative July 1, 2026. See
section 22b, chapter 557, Oregon Laws 2025. The text that is operative until
July 1, 2026, is set forth for the users convenience.

The Oregon Treatment Court Grant
Program Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct
from the General Fund. All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated
to the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for the purpose of carrying out the
provisions of ORS 137.656 (3)(d) and 423.150 (2).
