Statute Text
Copies of certain judgments to be sent to Department of Corrections. Within 10 days following the issuing of any judgment of suspension of imposition or execution of sentence or of probation of any person convicted of a crime, or of the continuation, extension, modification or revocation of any such judgment, or of the discharge of such person, or the recommendation by the court to the Governor of the pardon of such person, provided such person is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections, the court issuing such a judgment shall cause prompt delivery of a copy of the same to the Director of the Department of Corrections.
