Statute Text
Procedure for taking deposition.
When the consent mentioned in ORS 136.080 is given, the court shall make an
order appointing some proper time and place for taking the deposition of the
witness, either by the judge thereof or before some suitable person to be named
therein as commissioner and upon either written or oral interrogatories.
