Statute Text
District attorney to furnish certain documents.
The district attorney shall, in
all proceedings against adults in custody under ORS 135.760 to 135.773, obtain
for and furnish to the court a certified copy of the judgment, sentence or
commitment order pursuant to which the adult in custody is imprisoned. [Formerly
