Penalty for disobedience to ORS 133.787.
Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for
extradition of the demanding state a person in the custody of the officer under
the Governors warrant in disobedience to ORS 133.787 commits a Class B
misdemeanor. [Formerly 147.110]
