Statute Text
Funding contributions.
Portland State University may accept contributions of funds from the United
States, its agencies, or from any other source, public or private, and agree to
conditions thereon not inconsistent with the purposes of the Law Enforcement
Contacts Policy and Data Review Committee. [2001 c.687 §8; 2007 c.190 §3]
