Statute Text
Filing of registration statement and articles of incorporation or other instrument with Attorney General. Every charitable organization subject to ORS 128.610 to 128.769 that has received property for charitable purposes shall file with the Attorney General, upon receiving possession or control of such property: (1) A registration statement in the form and with the information designated by the Attorney General by rule; and (2) A copy of the articles of incorporation, trust agreement or other instrument providing for title, powers or duties.
