Uniformity of application and construction.
In applying and construing ORS 128.305 to 128.336,
consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with
respect to its subject matter among states that enact the Uniform Prudent
Management of Institutional Funds Act. [2007 c.554 §9]
