Statute Text
Immunity from liability.
Any person reporting information to the POLST registry or acting on information
obtained from the POLST registry in good faith is immune from any civil or
criminal liability that might otherwise be incurred or imposed with respect to
the reporting of information to the POLST registry or acting on information
obtained from the POLST registry. [2009 c.595 §1189]
