Statute Text
Exclusive and continuing jurisdiction. Except as provided in ORS 125.822, a court that has appointed a guardian or issued a conservatorship order consistent with ORS 125.800 to 125.852 has exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over the proceeding until the proceeding is terminated by the court or the appointment or order expires by its own terms.
