Exclusive basis. ORS 125.815 to 125.835 provide the exclusive jurisdictional basis for a court of this state to appoint a guardian or issue a conservatorship order for an adult under ORS 125.800 to 125.852. [2009 c.179 §8] Note: See note under 125.800.
