Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 125 § 125.525 — Termination of conservatorship

Statute Text
Termination of conservatorship. An order terminating the conservatorship of a living person shall direct the conservator to deliver the assets in the possession of the conservator to the protected person: (1) Immediately, to the extent that the assets are not required for payment of expenses of administration and debts incurred by the conservator for the account of the estate of the protected person; and (2) Upon entry of an order approving the final accounting or surcharging the conservator, to the extent of any balance remaining.
