Statute Text
Deferral of requirements. If the only asset of an estate is a personal injury cause of action that has not been adjudicated or settled, the court shall: (1) Defer bond requirements until a settlement of the personal injury claim is approved under ORS 114.447; and (2) Accept an annual report on the status of the personal injury claim in lieu of the annual account required under ORS 116.083.
