Statute Text
Appointment of estate administrators by State Treasurer.
The State Treasurer shall appoint
one or more estate administrators to administer any estate in which the State
Treasurer is appointed personal representative. An estate administrator
appointed under this section is an employee of the State Treasurer. [2003 c.395
