Statute Text
Immunity from civil liability.
An employer that complies with an income withholding order issued in another
state in accordance with ORS 110.594 to 110.602 is not subject to civil
liability to an individual or agency with regard to the employers withholding
of child support from the obligors income. [2015 c.298 §42]
