Statute Text
Costs
and expenses of district attorney and law enforcement officers.
If the respondent is not the
prevailing party, the court may assess against the respondent all direct
expenses and costs incurred by the district attorney and law enforcement
officers under ORS 109.821 or 109.824. [1999 c.649 §39]
