Statute Text
Enforcement under Hague Convention.
Under ORS 109.774 to 109.827, a court of this state may also enforce an order
for the return of the child made under the Hague Convention on the Civil
Aspects of International Child Abduction as if the order were a child custody
determination. [1999 c.649 §24]
