Nonliability of spouses property for other spouses obligations.
The property and pecuniary rights
of every spouse in a marriage acquired at the time of the marriage or
afterwards, including real or personal property acquired by the spouses own
labor during the marriage, shall not be subject to the debts or contracts of
the other spouse. [Amended by 2015 c.629 §19]
