Attorney fees; effect of authorization to party.
In any proceeding brought under
this chapter, an authorization of attorney fees to a party also authorizes an
award of attorney fees to or against any person who has appeared or intervened
in the proceeding. [1997 c.90 §2; 2005 c.22 §83]
