Statute Text
Oath
and report of commissioners.
Before entering upon the discharge of their duties, the commissioners shall
make and file their oath in writing to faithfully and impartially perform their
duties as commissioners. After designating the boundary or dividing line by
proper marks and monuments they shall file in the court a report of their
doings as commissioners, and the report shall be, when approved or confirmed by
the court, a part of the trial court file, as defined in ORS 19.005. [Amended
