Statute Text
Payment of proceeds to conservator of incapacitated person.
When the interest in real property
of an incapacitated person has been sold, the share of the incapacitated person
of the proceeds shall be given, on the behalf of the incapacitated person, to
the conservator of the estate of the incapacitated person if the conservator
executes, with sufficient sureties, an undertaking approved by the judge of the
court, that the conservator will faithfully discharge the trust reposed in the
conservator and will render a true and just account to the person entitled to the
proceeds or to the legal representative of the person. [Amended by 1973 c.823 §101]
