Statute Text
Answer.
The
defendant shall set forth in the answer the nature and extent of the interest
of the defendant in the property. If the defendant is a lien creditor the
defendant shall set forth how the lien was created, the amount of the debt
secured thereby and remaining due, and whether such debt is secured in any
other way, and if so, the nature of the other security.
