Unit
deeds; contents.
The deed of a unit shall contain:
(1) The name of
the property, and the recording index numbers and date of recording of the
declaration and in the case of a staged or flexible condominium, the applicable
supplemental declaration or declaration amendment.
(2) The unit
designation of the unit.
(3) Any further
details the grantor and grantee may consider desirable. [Formerly 94.171]
