Statute Text
Gifts,
grants and donations; Council on Court Procedures Account.
(1) The Council on Court
Procedures is authorized to accept gifts, grants and donations from any source
for expenditure to carry out the duties, functions and powers of the council.
(2) The Council
on Court Procedures Account is established separate and distinct from the
General Fund. All moneys received by the council, other than appropriations
from the General Fund, shall be deposited into the account and are continuously
appropriated to the council to carry out the duties, functions and powers of
