Statute Text
Officers; quorum; compensation and expenses.
(1) The Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability
shall select one of its members as chairperson, and another as vice
chairperson, for such terms and to perform such functions as the commission
shall determine.
(2) A majority of
the commission constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. Every
recommendation on matters relating to the removal of a judge to the Supreme
Court must be concurred in by a majority of the members of the commission.
(3) A member of
the Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability is entitled to compensation
and expenses as provided in ORS 292.495. [1967 c.294 §§4,5; 1969 c.314 §2]
