Statute Text
State to
provide supplies and personal property for courts.
Except as provided in ORS 1.185
(1) and subject to applicable provisions of a plan established by the Chief
Justice of the Supreme Court, the state shall provide the supplies, materials,
equipment and other personal property necessary for the operation of the
circuit courts. The cost of property provided by the state shall be paid by the
state from funds available for the purpose. [Formerly 1.167]
