Statute Text
Manner of addressing application or proceeding to court or judge. An application or other proceeding addressed to a court shall be addressed to it by its style as given by statute; an application or other proceeding addressed to a judicial officer shall be addressed to the judicial officer by name, without any other title than the style of office.
