§ 20-354.7. Required disclosure; signs; notice to customers. A sign, at least 24 inches on each side, shall be posted in a manner conspicuous to the public. The sign shall contain: (1) That the consumer has a right to receive a written estimate or to waive receipt of that estimate if the cost of repairs will exceed three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00).
