§ 20-280.9. Airport operators. (a) An airport operator is authorized to charge transportation network companies and TNC drivers a reasonable fee for their use of the airport's facility. (b) An airport operator is authorized to require an identifying decal be displayed by TNC drivers. (c) An airport operator is authorized to require the purchase and use of equipment or establish other appropriate mechanisms for monitoring and auditing compliance, including having a transportation network company provide data for purposes of monitoring and auditing compliance.
