§ 14-309.27. Permit procedure. (a) An exempt organization shall not operate a game night without first obtaining a permit as provided by this Part. The application for a game night permit shall be on a form prescribed by the Alcohol Law Enforcement Division of the Department of Public Safety and shall be submitted to the Alcohol Law Enforcement Headquarters at least 30 days in advance of the date for the game night event. (b) Each application for a permit under this Part shall contain the following information: (1) The name and address of the exempt organization that is applying for the permit. (2) The name, address, and signature of the person applying on behalf of the exempt organization and who will be responsible for the event.
