Statute Summary

NY VAT § 400 - Application of this title 400. Application of this title. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this chapter, this title shall be exclusively controlling: a. Upon the registration, numbering and regulation of motor vehicles and motorcycles; and b. On their use of public highways.
