New York Vehicle & Traffic § 366

Statute Summary

NY VAT § 366 - Past application of article 366. Past application of article. This article, except section three hundred thirty-nine thereof, shall not apply to any judgment in a civil action or cause of action arising out of an accident occurring prior to the effective date of this article.
