Statute Summary

NY VAT § 358 - Otherwise violating article 358. Otherwise violating article. Any person who violates any provision of this article for which another penalty is not prescribed by law shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ninety days or by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars or more than one thousand dollars or both.
