Statute Summary

NY VAT § 3010 - Commissioner and bureau of motor vehicles continued 3010. Commissioner and bureau of motor vehicles continued. The repeal by this chapter of the vehicle and traffic law as heretofore in force and effect and the enactment of the provisions of this chapter shall not be deemed or construed as operating to create a new office of commissioner of motor vehicles or a new bureau of motor vehicles, but shall be deemed and held to constitute a continuance of such
